Christine was born and raised in central Florida and graduated with a BS in Biology from the University of Florida in 2012 and an AS in Veterinary Technology from St. Petersburg College in 2016. Her career in animal care started with volunteering, interning, and working with wildlife and zoolife in Tampa Florida. To escape the Florida heat Christine moved to Portland Oregon with her husband Jason, dog Chance (pictured), and cat Ellie. She spent the next several years working in dog/cat and exotics veterinary practice while spending her weekends exploring the beautiful natural landscapes. After having their daughter, they decided to move back to the east coast to be closer to family.
Since joining the Mayfair team in November 2022, Christine works primarily with anesthesia, surgery, and dentistry. She feels well supported by the exceptional veterinarians and staff, and that she can utilize her skills to the fullest!
