Carrie
Carrie was originally born in Savannah, Georgia, but mostly grew up in Panama City, Florida and several parts of North Carolina. Prior to moving here 5 years ago, she lived in Las Vegas, NV for six years. She has been married to her husband, Brad, for nearly 17 years and has four furry, four-legged babies. Sammy, a Shih Tzu, Charlie, a rather “big boned” orange tabby, Bobbi, a bob-tailed torti and Maggie, a bob-tailed orange tabby. Carrie enjoys traveling, camping, fishing and hanging out with friends and family.

Jessica
Jessica!Jessica was born in Kernersville, NC. She moved to Raleigh in the 6th grade, and went to Athens Drive High School. She attended Wake Tech and studied World Religions, and is currently a student at NCSU. She has a greyhound named Sampson, and a poodle rescue named Delilah (the miracle dog!) Outside of work she likes to read, play games, and study various cultures in the Raleigh area and beyond. She was just married in May of 2009. She has recently developed a website for our furry friends in Cary that need homes!

Jon

He received his Bachelors degree in English Literature and Theater Performance from Muhlenberg College.  He is an avid writer of spoken word poetry and prose.  He also likes video games, reading, and is currently obsessed with Zumba and Poi Spinning.   He loves interaction with fun pet owners, adorable dogs, and being able to put a smile on someone's face whenever possible.
Judy
Judy Wagaman is originally from Massachusetts and has been a veterinary healthcare professional for over 35 years. Judy is a certified veterinary technician - CVT (MA) and has been directly involved with veterinary hospital management as Director of Programs at the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (MSPCA) at the Angell Medical Center on Nantucket Island, Director of Operations at the MSPCA’s Western New England Angell Medical Center and the Director of Nursing Services at the North Carolina State University-College of Veterinary Medicine-Veterinary Teaching Hospital, where she performed this function for both the small- and large-animal hospitals prior to joining the Mayfair Animal Hospital team in August 2010. Judy attended the University of Massachusetts in Boston and studied biology.

During her free time, Judy enjoys spending time with her husband and three dogs – Linden, Calvin and Lily. In addition, Judy enjoys quilting and gardening.

Samantha
Samantha lives in Apex and is a life-long animal lover. Her first word was not “mama” or “dada,” but “Cark,” a toddler’s attempt to say Charcoal – the name of the family Lab. She worked at the NC State College of Veterinary Medicine for 14 years, most recently as Director of Continuing Education, and worked as a veterinary assistant many moons ago. Samantha has a Bachelor’s degree in English (Linguistics, Writing and Editing), and a Master’s Degree in Liberal Studies for which her theme was “An In-Depth Exploration of the Human-Animal Bond.” Both degrees are from NC State (Go Pack!) In addition to her new job at Mayfair, Samantha is also a PetSmart-Accredited Pet Trainer and teaches classes at the Apex store in the evenings and on weekends. She shares her life with her dog, Penny (a “Golden Sheltie”), cats Houston (DLH Tuxedo) and Chelsea Grace (DLH Calico), Quarter Horse Forrest, a “special needs” Eastern Box Turtle named Sydney, and a 29-gallon fish tank.
